Number One Appliance Repair

Their shoddy, incompetent work cost me 17 thousand dollars. They tapped my GE monogram refrigerator line and overfilled it with??? Invalidated the warranty and made the appliance unrepairable per GE. Replacement cost 17 thousand dollars. I have the receipts. I will never hire anyone home advisor recommends. Home advisor would not return a single call. Complicit crooks.

I hired Ben to repair an appliance for me and paid him $260 in January to fix a clogged freezer drain and it lasted for about a month, I have called him 20 times in the last 3 weeks and he will not do anything about it, I text him again and have not heard back from him, unable to leave voice mails because they are full, I have talked to him twice and he told me he was unable to talk to me, I fell like I have been ripped off

The repairman was prompt, thorough and did not try to con me into buying a new replacement part when my dishwasher was clogged up. He was able to clear the obstruction and verify that the dishwasher was still in good working order. Would recommend this company.

Came on Aug. 17 to repair freezer. The workman said it needed a new control panel. I paid him $366 for part and labor. The part had to be ordered. A day later I decided to get a new freezer for $200 more rather than repair a 10 year old freezer and called th cancel order and ask for a refund minus the $80 service call. I waited two weeks for refund and called to see if it had been mailed. The receptionist said ok she would tell owner and cancel part order. It is now Sept. 27. No refund and their mailbox at both numbers are full. Beware of this "company".

I hired them in July, they took a check which they stated would not be cashed until the repair was done. On 08/14//17, they came to do the repair (over 500 dollars) for a control panel. It did not fix the repair and they cashed the check anyway. Now I can not not get a straight answer and they have all my money and my oven still does not work. I call now and they do not answer and the mail box is full. They need to be out of business. Sending a certified letter to remedy situation or I will take to court.

Looked at a broken washing machine. Said could not be fixed because parts were not available.

They diagnosed my problem, charged me, and then said that they were uunable to complete the job despite having ordered the part because of a lack of staff. The receptionist and owner attempted to help and communicate, but the visit to the home was unprofessioinal and the job could not be completed. Waste of my time and money since another company would not accept their diagnosis without performing one themselves.

The Company is a ripoff. Technician said my oven needed a new motherboard. They claimed they ordered the part. Three weeks later they still had not received the part so I cancelled the order and asked for my money back. They refused. Hired another company who came on a Saturday. Diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse. Ordered the fuse and a heat sensor and repaired the oven the following Tuesday. A word to the wise is unnecessary.

Submitted issue to Home Advisor on line and specified brand (Samsung) and error code (9e). Technician called to advise that he was en route and asked what brand dishwasher I had. Tried to explain the issue over the phone and was told that he would look up the error code. Upon arrival, without so much as opening the dishwasher to do any diagnostics he told me I needed a new water fill reservoir and associated components (float valve/water level sensor) and the necessary parts would have to be ordered. He made no attempt to unclog the water fill reservoir because, in his opinion, that would "probably not work". His lack of willingness to do any troubleshooting whatsoever, was concerning. That, coupled with the fact that he would not give me an estimate as to when the repair could be completed (even though the necessary parts were in stock), I opted to simply pay the $80 service fee rather than be on the hook for $280 without any indication as to when the work could/would be completed. My opinion: stay away from this company!

After they were scheduled they cancelled and rescheduled. they came and found out what the problem was and said they would have the part on Monday and fix it. after a few days of not showing up or hearing from them I called and they said they would get back with me. Still have not heard back from them. Washer is still not fixed after 10 days and I have no idea if they will ever come or call.

Even expecting a sizeable bill, the $280 cost was maybe a bit steep for 1 part and less than an hour labor. Guess that's the reality though. Service tech Craig showed up on time, was polite and efficient, and the job is done.

Making the appointment was easy, but the first available is almost a week later. I have no refrigerator and I still need to wait 5 days for Craig to come to the house. Craig shows up, asks some questions and determines the problem without any real investigation or taking anything apart. The parts and labor will cost $339.20, which I need to pay for in advance. He tells me that he has 3 more calls near my area tomorrow, so he expects to be back the next day to fix the issue. The next day come and goes and no Craig, and no call from the shop scheduler so I call them. Evidently, according to the scheduler, Craig never informed her for the need to schedule my repair. So, I need to wait until the following afternoon to get the repair I have already paid for completed. Craig calls and says that he will be at my house in 30 minutes and shows up an hour and a half later. It takes him about 7 minutes to take out 2 screws and disconnect 3 plugs and install a new circuit board To fix my problem. He has been inside my house for less than 15 minutes and the parts and labor has cost me $339.20. To make a longer story shorter, the part fails after 4 days and my refrigerator and freezer and back to 55 and 64 degrees. Luckily they have a 5 year warranty on all work they do. I call the company back and tell me that Craig will be back out in 2 days. Those two days go by and Craig calls me, but doesn't come by. He tells me that it must be the circuit board (that he installed and cost me $339.20) that is faulty and needs to be replaced again. He says that he will get the part reordered and be back by to fix it the next day. So far that was 2 days ago and no one has called to confirm any scheduled repair or service. My refrigerator is still not fixed and I've already paid for it. I'm being way to generous with 2 stars!

Technician was professional and experience. He fixed the dishwasher drain problem very quickly and I will call them in the future appliance repair.

Wanted full amount it would cost for repair then took forever before they received the part. Iam still waiting!
