Nunez Heating/Air Plus More, LLC

I was required to use them for my washer and dryer repair by my home warranty company (AHS). The owner was nice on-site but did not replace the drain hose properly during the initial washer assessment. I had at least two loads of water dumped in my laundry room, and the water rolled over onto my hardwood flooring, buckling them and damaging the baseboards in the laundry room. The company does not have an office, and he never picks up the phone. When he returned with the parts, he replaced the detergent dispenser and again did not mount the washer drain line, and another load of water drained into my laundry room. He has misrepresented the facts of his negligence to AHS and states he waited 2 hours to see the washer run through its cycle. Has anyone ever seen a repair guy wait around to see if a washer ran its entire cycle? BTW his company is not in compliance with the Sec of State of GA office. Run fast - from this untrained appliance guy. I am sure he would have offered to address my issues if he had insurance.

I hired them to repair a refrigerator. Appeared to identify the problem and showed up a week later with the wrong parts. Told me they had found the right parts and would be back later this week. That evening got an email canceling the job. Do not recommend.

Very ethical, he goes above and beyond and he is friendly.
