I have given them a great "value" rating because I was never billed. It's a good thing because the quality was TOTALLY unacceptable and the customer service was non-existent. I hired them for weekly service. They came once, did a terrible job, and never came back. I called, they said they'd do better next time. Weeks later when they never showed I sent them a "you're fired" letter, and still I've never heard back, not even an apology.
