We hired Sam to do our screen enclosure. It took over a week to complete - July 12th. I promptly received an invoice and paid. The next day we noticed one of the screens close to the house was not secured in one corner. We contacted him on the 14th, and he said he would be over in a couple of days. It's now September 18th and after numerous back and forth emails he has not addressed the issue. The hardware that was replaced on one of the doors is faulty as well. If you hire this company please make sure to inspect really well prior to paying.

Repaired roof, gutters and screens to Sunroom. Due to weather, they had to stop work and come back repeatedly. Did a great job, everything we agreed upon and more.

Not sure how to rate the "value" but Sam was thoroughly professional; timely; courteous; did a wonderful job in a limited area (it was an enclosed courtyard with a screen roof) and was honest as to what I could do to maybe deter future squirrel problems
