I was promptly visited by a representative after my initial phone call and the estimate for our problematic dryer vent cleaning and installation was far less expensive than others. Our vent was on the third story of our house and it s access outside was in an awkward location. Nonetheless, Nuts & Bolts figured it out and provided timely and friendly service.
