Lam's team did a thorough prep in placing plastic up, covering over pictures, appliances, and kitchen. The work was thorough and efficient. We have red oak floors that I wanted lighter but no yellow tone. Color perfect and used a Matte Bona Traffic HD. Very respectful during COVID.

Lam’s team comes in and handles their business. Doesn’t get any better than Nviro.

We stayed in the house while they worked and the crew was so pleasant, paid attention to detail and Lam is very professional and was always available to answer any questions throughout the process.

I told Lam of Nviro I would highly recommend them and to use me as a referral. i had a kitchen of 170 sq ft and used Owens hardwood engineered wood. The two men crew of Tin and Donald showed up on time at 8am for six straight days, very professional, so neat and clean. Floor looks great, very surprised they are so good. They were the lowest price of 4 bids. They had over 390 photos on website with million dollar homes, hence got the job.

Nviro crew was very professional, respectful and courteous. They completed our project quickly and perfectly in spite of some unscheduled additional setbacks. We would definitely recommend them and if we ever have a need for their services, they will be the first and only company we call.

Lam is very easy to work with and very accommodating. I was worried about painting the steps riser white and thought the scuff marks would show. But Bobby I gave me a second option; to install stained fascias on the risers of the steps. I wondered what the steps would look like after finished; with the stained fascias they turned out much better than I expected

We were thinking about not having our floor refinished in our entrance way and into the family room as the quotes we got from other flooring companies seemed way out of line and more than we were expecting. We got our quote from NVIRO Flooring which was very reasonable and with their Yelp rating of 4.5 from 62 previous customers and HomeAdvisor rating of 4.5+ from twice as many customers, we immediately decide to proceed with the refinishing. It was completed in 2 days which included sanding the floor down to remove the old finish and amber stain and applying a sealer coat and 2 coats of water based polyurethane satin. It looks wonderful. Excellent job done and completed on time.

I paid almost twice, what HA said I should expect to pay, but overall I thought they did a good job and customer service was very good, and even though I paid more than expected, I was able to negotiate a better deal than they first came up with!

I would recommend them for hardwood floors without any reservation. Lam was the best and very helpful. He came to pick the wood and completed the work earlier than he promised. If I can I will give him more than 5!stars.

My new luxury vinyl plank installed was great. The crew was very nice and respectful. The only thing they need to improve, go by what was agreed upon on with the client. To make sure check the material for factory damages before installing it, be cautious of bringing the materials in the upper level and set it down without having to dropped and slam on the wood floor anything can happed underneath the wood floors. And correct measurement. I had done a walkthrough after they done the upper level and notice open gaps between the baseboard and they did fixed it. It would also be great if Lam communicates with his client to see how the process is going. Last thing they had set up there equipment in front of my home to do the cutting, their was some damages done to the exterior of the stucco which I forgot to mention to Lam when I had to call him out to do a last inspection of the project. I am not giving a bad review, its my honest opinion of what I came across and its just something that they need to improve. Customer services should be an important key to the company. But willing to recommend them to anyone.

Han and his assistant were great, covering other areas of flooring when they did specific repairs. Friendly. My only thought is that when they finished the repair area, some surrounding area that was not clean received the floor finish. Maybe I should have cleaned the area first. Also, the estimator didn't tell me that the scratches were old, had received shoe dirt over time which accounted for the darkened color, though my tenants told me they were fresh, and therefore couldn't be sanded out to match the existing floor because the newly sanded wood color would be much lighter than the existing floor. Had I known this at estimation, I might have opted to have the whole floor redone and charged the departed tenant accordingly. Overall, very responsive to inquiry and requests. I would use them again.

Excellent Job....Floors are Beautiful. Respectful of your property.They hung Plastic to protect the other rooms from dust. Friendly. The only thing they need to improve on is letting their clients know when they intend to show up each day. Everyday was different. Not fun waiting around to let them in when you have other things to do. Good thing we have flexible jobs.
