They were prompt, courteous and fair. Happy with the service and the results.

Roof leak. Showed up 1 hour later to examine property. Did the work 2 days later. Added some exterior carpentry work also. They did an excellent job. Sent us pics of progression, and finished work. Great communication. This is what you look for in a contractor. I highly recommend them. On 1 - 5 stars I would give them a 10!!

Jesse is an amazingly down to earth guy, and extremely honest. I cannot tell you how pleased we are to have found him! We will definitely be using his services again soon. Highly recommend

Everyone with whom I spoke and met were very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed an inspection of my roof, and I was able to get an appointment right away (even on a Saturday). When it comes time to actually replace my roof, Nystrom Contracting will be at the top of my list.

Pretty happy with the service and the results. Persisted until he located a very difficult-to-find leak.

haven't seen bill as yet. Rain to come tonight so we will know if leak is fixed soon.

flexible and reliable

I was told the job would take 1 to 3 days maximum. Today is the start of week 2 and the job is not finished!! The workers show up sometime after 10:00 AM and are gone by 3:00 PM. Sometimes they only worked for 2 hours and were gone to maybe return a day later.

Dave E. and his crew of Mike and Dan did a fantastic job of repairing my porch roof and removing and replacing the deck above it. They took pride in their work and were attentive to the smallest detail. They were on time and worked long hours, around the sometimes uncooperative weather. Communication was good and they aimed to please. And I was very pleased at the result! The upper deck looks better than it ever did. Thank you guys, and especially Dave, for all of your hard work!

Promised more than they delivered. Not timely, did not notify me of circumstances that prohibited them from doing the work. Repeated calls to customer service, never received a reply. I asked for a snowplow bid for the alley for our neighbors but they didnt follow through with the bid.

Very pleased. Shoveled snow from garage and house and took care of any ice jams that we had. Nice Job.

They did a excellent job. After having terrible experiences with other companies, it was really nice to have a company come out and do what they said they would do.

My job was a small one, so actually they set it up with a contractor that was better suited to come and finish my roof. They were very professional the name of the company is Entire Exteriors, and I would recommend them to my friends.

They came out the next day and fixed my roof problem right away. Will have to see if the leak was fixed when it rains but they took there time an checked everything inside and out. The other contractors where not interested in doing a small repair job. When I need a new roof I will call Nystrom because they helped me even with a small project.

My neighbor, to my surprise, removed the snow from my driveway after I had scheduled the service with Nystroms. Lizzy from Nystroms understood why I had to cancel the appointment. She was great. I will use their services in the future. Thank you very much.
