There was a communication error. I was talking whole tree (multiple trunks). I thought the scope of the project we agreed on was greater than what ended up happening. As a result, I felt it was expensive for the work that was done.

Fast response and on time for appointment. Provided an honest assessment about my trees, including that two didn’t need pruning. Remove the third tree that had died. Not the most affordable quote but the most responsive.

Brought the stump down even with the sidewalk. It was real artistry. Volunteered to trim some other trees for free to clear the driveway. Left the property cleaner than how they found it. Wonderfully personable. Couldn't have dreamed of such good service. They are the best.

I have used Rudy for the last 25 years. We have a 3.5 acre heavily wooded lot in Orinda and typically have Rudy's crew out twice a year to trim trees to keep our views, keep trees from encroaching on the house, and trimming for tree health. His work is extraordinary at all levels and we have never lost a tree because of over-trimming. From a cleanup perspective, the place always looks better after he left than when he arrived. His prices are below market, making it difficult to get on his schedule if you are in a rush. Although, the times that I have had emergencies he has always been quick to respond.
