Great service and they were able to take care of me pretty quickly when I was having issues with my AC. I really liked how the technician explained everything and advised of my options. I recommend Oakpoint.

Professional came when scheduled, removed of furnace and air conditioner, performed follow up visit with no charge. I would use them for maintenance of air and furnace.

The most heartfelt thing I can say is call Oak Point A/C first and you will not regret it. I am 65 years old and have been a homeowner now for 44 years so I have had lots of experience with contractors, plumbers and so on. The service I received from Eric was by far the best I have experienced. He promptly responded, had someone out fast and best of all...was totally honest and gave me a few options to repair my unit (and in detail educated me on the pros & cons of each so I felt confident) and did the repairs that I decided on. I will never consider any other in the future. Thank you Eric.

This professional did fix the AC unit as requested. He gave me a price and I agreed to it, so he fixed it. However, after he was done, he then told me that the entire unit needed replaced for a large amount of money. He did not even look at the inside unit. I felt as though he should have looked it over first, before he let me pay for the first repair and then inform me that the whole unit needed replaced. I think it was an unfair way of doing business. If I would have known, I would have gotten the estimates and had the replacement without spending the money to repair it first. Another SP was called out and fixed the entire problem for $200
