We hired GardeningDash for flower bed installation and overseeding. Initially Olivia made a great impression ? knowledgeable, detailed estimate, started on time. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. The flower bed work was left incomplete ? several steps from our signed contract were simply not done. When we asked for the final walkthrough that was written into the contract before making payment, it was refused. Instead we received demands for immediate payment and were significantly overcharged relative to the original quote, including charges for work never discussed or agreed upon. The situation escalated to the point where the owner came to our property with police to retrieve equipment, and still declined to do the walkthrough that day. The overseeding project, also under a signed contract, was never performed .We are now in a formal legal dispute over the invoice. What started as a promising project became a frustrating and stressful experience.

Olivia Soto at Gardening Dash has been very conscientious and faithful to address several problems with our lawn. She knows her stuff and never tires of making sure the job is done RIGHT! She sprays for winter weeds and summer weeds and applies pre-emergent and fertilizer at the correct time of year. She aliviated a drainage problem we had on the side of our house and is so thoughtful... helping us with regular lawn care and edging. She is resourceful and innovative with helpful suggestions. This company has been very trustworthy and dependable. Olivia really knows how to care for and treat lawns. She has sprayed our lawn for fungus and specific weeds all season and the lawn looks great. She advises us to mow at certain lengths and timing. We had a drainage problem on one side of our house and she dug a drainage ditch and filled it in with rocks. She does all our fertilizing and pre-emergent weed control. This company is always right on top of everything that needs to be done and is very reasonably priced, especially for Seniors. I respect and appreciate the dedication to the customer that has been shown to me as a client.

weeds (a lot of crab grass) had taken over our lawn. We were very discouraged because we had tried many different weed control chemicals recommended by Home Depot and lawn services, to no effect. Olivia came in and knew what to do immediately. We were impressed with her confidence and knowledge of lawn care and wee control and her explanation of the course of action needed. She did what she said she would do and when she said she would do and when she said she would do it. I was impressed that she developed a plan tailored to our specific situation, rather than a one plan fits all (like most big lawn services) approach. We would highly recommend her services.
