Great personal service, completed the job in less time than they had originally planned.

Oren said it was not in our best interest to refinish our 100 yr old fir hardwood floor which had no subfloor. Expensive to find fir flooring boards; and where the floor flexed while walking over it, the joists are too far apart to stabilize the floor. I was disappointed with this news. The samples Oren brought out to the house were nice and large for visualizing what it would look like. He said he soaked a piece in a bathtub over night with no damage. So we went with Aqua Armor Tech flooring which Oren had advised and we are very happy with the results. The floor is sturdy when walked on and it's beautiful. Time will tell how it holds up. Oren's crew installed it quickly and the price was very good. We highly recommend them.

TERRIBLE experience and quality of work is horrible. We hired Oren and his team to install new wood floors, refinish existing wood floors, remodel a bathroom/laundry room and tile 2 fireplaces. We never write reviews but there was simply too much to ignore and too much money on the line (and honestly too much to even write here). We are now faced with having to go through the whole process again and having to absorb additional expenses for extended furniture storage, a short-term rental while floors are redone, new materials etc. It s been frustrating to say the least! The quality of work and lack of attention to detail is so bad, we had no choice, but to terminate the contract 3 months in and fire Oren. Our list of issues with OB Flooring is endless, so I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere if you are looking for a competent contractor. We went with OB Flooring because of the good reviews, but our own experience was nothing short of awful. We ve had to hire a new contractor and have lost months of time as the work has to be redone and we re still finding issues months later. Our biggest issues with OB Flooring were the following: 1) Quality of work is VERY POOR 2) Communication was unreliable and inconsistent- Oren was mostly unresponsive to questions about the project, timeline, ongoing issues etc. It would often take many calls and texts before getting an answer (if at all), even on something relatively straight-forward 3) Zero Quality Control or anyone (with experience) evaluating the work in real time 4) Sloppy work habits and a complete indifference to our property. To illustrate this point, they left a pile of the old baseboards sitting in a heap in our front garden for weeks (on top of plants/flowers I might add). We ended up disposing of ourselves. Construction debris from the demo & crew (old tile floors, drywall, piles of wood dust, tubs full of mucky water, water bottles etc) were left lying around our backyard for weeks no matter how many times we asked them to rent a garbage bin or have it hauled out. Tar was spilled on our driveway and our back patio was damaged. It should be noted that we were living in the house during the second phase of the renovations (with a small child), so this was utterly unprofessional and amateurish. The primary issue and main reason for terminating the contract was the subpar level of work:  The process was completely disorganized, and communication was terrible. On some days, no one would show up when we were expecting them. Other times, new contractors (sent by Oren to fix the shoddy work of the prior contractor) would just show up unannounced. We had no idea they were coming or who they even were. We were never given a heads up by anyone. To illustrate this point further, more than 2 months after we terminated our contract with OB Flooring, three guys showed up at our house (hired by OB Flooring) to install 2 new windows (part of the original contract). As you can see, the communication and oversight is severely lacking!!  The stain/finish on the wood floors started to blister and peel right off the wood within less than 2 weeks (refinished & new wood). In some areas, you can literally lift off the stain by just running your fingernail along the joints where the boards meet. The old stain is also still showing through in many areas where it wasn t properly sanded. Plus, we still have original wood boards where holes/dents were never filled and ones that needed to be replaced were left as is. There is also a hair (from one of his crew) that got sealed right into the floor with the final coat. Yuck! Throughout the entire process, there was zero oversight or quality cont...

Oren and his crew were wonderful. A shoutout to Francisco the color matching expert. He did a great job matching the original color, since we only did half the floor. Love OB Floors, Inc.

Oren and company were amazing. They refinished part of my wood floor and transformed the room, and actually charged less than the quote, based on the actual amount of work needed! I'm so happy with the result and would use them for anything. And -- they came when they said they would!

Contracted with OB floors to stain and refinish my kitchen and family room floors, and to install new baseboards. Beto and Frank did an exceptional job, which included spending time to match the stain to newly installed hardwood floors. If you are looking for professionals who are detail oriented, then this is the company you want to hire.

OB Floors is an excellent company. Oren came to my home, looked over what I have and wanted to do. He have me a quote and time frame for the work to be done. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions. All of which turned out to be 'outstanding'. I highly recommend OB Floors as they are honest, kind, great work ethic (on time every day) and great people.

OB Floors was the third company we interviewed to install luxury vinyl tile throughout our living room, dining area, kitchen, and two bathrooms. I immediately felt at ease with Oren when he came (on time) to talk about the product, installation, and provide a quote. He was not pushy in any manner whatsoever, and kindly and calmly answered all my questions as we have not done this before. These are all huge selling points for me. He showed us several options, discussed the scope and length of the project, and what they would do to facilitate the installation (which including moving furniture, removing toilets and putting them back with new wax rings, etc.). The only thing we had to do was put away all small items. While the quote was not the cheapest nor the most expensive it was extremely competitive and, as stated, we felt completely at ease with Oren and OB Floors. I did not get that feeling from the other two companies. Oren showed up on the first day of installation and went over the plan with the installers, who were excellent. Oren also came back later that evening and made himself available by phone if we needed to speak to him. The installers were fast and efficient, getting the job done in two days. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of our property. Oren also showed up on the final day to ensure everything was going smoothly and we were satisfied and if there were any issues that needed to be addressed. The floors and new baseboards turned out beautiful and we couldn't be more happy with OB Floors and their whole crew. I would highly recommend OB Floors to anybody looking to redo their floors and will contact them in the future when we're ready to redo staircases and other rooms. I simply can't say enough how satisfied we were with OB Floors. Thanks!

He explained every step to me and was NOT AT ALL PUSHY. His crew was very punctual, polite, and cleaned up their mess after they were done. They did an awesome job! Grisel and Oren were extremely helpful and professional. The crew did an excellent job refinishing two bedroom hardwood floors and matching the new color stain to our existing hardwood floors. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

I'm a first-time homeowner, so remodeling is new to me. Oren was very helpful -- gave me information, answered questions, provided samples, was patient, and didn't push. I decided on luxury vinyl plank. The crew was very professional, worked hard, and cleaned up at the end of every work day. I'm so happy with how they turned out! The floors look fantastic. OB Floors did an excellent job refinishing the floors in my house. Matched the existing floor color and applied three coats of polyurethane. From the owner down to the Frank the refinisher, all top notch. Special mention goes to Joseph, the sales rep who kept everything on track. Highly recommended.

We are still in the middle of refinishing the wood floors. We finished the bedroom and it looks beautiful. The company responded to all our needs both the management staff and the two men doing the work. So far very pleased. Ask again in a couple of weeks

They do good work but have a hard sell approach. Make sure you compare prices and get everything in writing before signing.
