Wood or Fiber-Cement Siding - Repair or Partially Replace
Mike provided a realistic estimate for our siding repair and house painting project. He gave good advice on what needed to be replaced and took great care in helping us choose a paint color that we'd be happy with in the long-term. He and his crew were expedient, timely and professional -- they finished the project quickly & with great care. They went over and beyond the call of duty in helping us repair external damage to our house -- even beyond what was originally estimated. We are extremely pleased with the final result and will contact O'Bannon Remodeling again with future projects.

Mike did a quick job of installing our front door. He missed caulking, didn't support the bottom of the door, and didn't complete molding around the exterior sides and top of door. Mike was supposed to come back to fix the door two days ago and he hasn't come back and won't return our phone calls.
