Very quick. Cleaned up after the project was completed. Only issue was when I contacted them with a minor issue AFTER the project was done, no one got back to me.

John O'Brien came out as scheduled and provided us with a written detailed description and price quote, botth of whcih were honored at the time of the actual work. We interviewed 3 other companies. The others were either too slow to return our calls or their work wasn't the qualitywe wanted or the price was too high. In one case, the gentleman was 4 hours late for our meeting! We got exactly what we asked for, in a reasonable amount of fime. The workmanship was top-notch... We're very happy with our new driveway and have received numerous compliments!

They showed up on time and did a good job. My driveway looks very nice now. We rescheduled the original appointment and changed (added) the size of the driveway to be paved. They adjusted accordingly and well. There was a last minute material charge increase but was reasonable. also some edge area could be trimmed better - but probably not even worth to call them. so far so good. I will recommend them to my neighbors or friends.

John is a consumate professional. He responded immediately to my request for an estimate, gave me a detailed description of how the work would be done, and gave a competitive price. The day of the job, John showed up early at my request and came with a crew of workers and equipment. They were done in half the time I expected - overall, driveway looks great. The next day it rained and a puddle appeared at the end of the driveway, due more to the city street than to John's work. I called him and he came immediatley to assess. The next day he came back and made necessary adjustments. Only nitpick: one side is a little uneven. Recommended!

John and crew did an excellent job. He always returned my phone calls promptly. They even showed up a half hour early!!! The new driveway looks great! I would highly recommend O'Brien paving.

John responded to my needs promptly. John was the only contractor that took the time to explain exactly what installation of a quality driveway would entail. John was not the lowest bid but , clearly the most knowledgeable and trustworthy paving contractor I met with. I recommended O'Brien Paving to my neighbors and they felt the same.

Over all, I am more than satisfied. They are very professional and conscientious.
