I couldn't be more pleased, not only with the completed kitchen, which is gorgeous, but with every employee I dealt with. From the sales pitch to the final nail, every single person took a high amount of pride in their work and really cared whether I was pleased with the results. They were not the cheapest proposal I received, and I feel certain that the other companies would have done a decent job too, but OCC Group felt right from the beginning, and I'm so glad I went with my instincts on this one. The price was exactly what they said it would be and the job finished one day EARLY! I've already recommended them to everyone I know.

I cannot say enough about how great the OCC group is. We were faced with life altering medical issues requiring that we modify our home. In the midst of all that was transpiring, OCC made us feel as though we were experiencing an "Extreme Makeover" moment. From the beginning of the process through the end the entire staff were great. I would definitely recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

They live up to their motto "Do what you love, love what you do!" We are extremely pleased with our Kitchen and Bath remodel. The OCC Group is a pleasure to work with. We were on a limited budget and they were able to come up with designs that fit into our budget. I just love my new floor to ceiling spice rack! And my granite counter tops! Everyone from the electrician to the plumber were professional, courteous, and fun to have in our home for the almost 3 weeks it took to complete the project. We would definately recommend this company to anyone planning a remodeling project.

OCC did a great job. Everything looks good, I had purchased the products myself at Home Depot . Toilet was extremely inferior as were two of the faucet units. Faucet leaked, toilet was a Pegasus weird thing. I had to have plumber remove faucet and we had to box up toilet and go to Lowes to choose replacements. Lowes is app 3-5 minutes from here. I raced around, selected items and plumber loaded them in his truck and installed them within and hour to hour and a half. Occ charge me an extra $250 for all of that. Plumber made more per hour than the doctors that I had worked for over the years. That was way too much to charge for that !

We absolutely LOVE our new bathroom! Everything turned out exactly, if not better than we expected. They were incredibly professional and we trusted them completely in our home. My wife and I are very busy and all we had to do was hand them the key - they worked around our schedule completely. We had gotten four estimates; they were not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but definitely worth the price. We are so glad we chose to go with OCC!

I had them do windows, siding and my bathroom and the work was excellent. They helped me get an electrician that didn't charge me a service call and when the work was done he only charged me 35.00, what a deal. Steve and Trent are really nice people and all their contractors are highly skilled. I'd use them again for other work on the house. Thom Humphreys Henrico
