O.C.D Detailing & Repairs

Name Should Be On My Profile But Just In Case. Im Jae with an E so you can count on me being Handy. Worked In Commercial Construction on Big Federal or Military Projects so my skills and quality of work go beyond those of a handy weekend hustler. Also a Part Time Mechanic and Detailer specializing in Mercedes and German and Japanese cars. I am currently a Private Landscaper for a Local Celebrity but have some spare time for well planned out projects. If you ask my clients about me youll most likely here something around the lines of "Hard Worker" "Perfectionist" Fast" "Very Creative and Artistic" and most importantly very professional. Enjoy being creative with designs and planning things out. Will design and create anything for you that you can think of but you cant afford or simply cant purchase or isnt worth purchasing, Ill get it done and with your budget and time in mind. Dont mind explaining, breaking down and educating anyone over a subject or field I am very knowledgeable in. Very patient and quiet but very social and fun once you hire me and spend some time making progress on the project or job itself establishing trust and respect. Also respectful of others and their time or work so I dont talk about work if possible outside of work but always available for over the phone advice using text, call or video chat/pictures for small projects or simple jobs. Bigger projects and more intricate jobs might require detailed inspection and overview before giving a quote. Materials are purchased by clients and if material is needed but shipping cost is high and can be purchased locally and fit in a truck bed I can handle pick up and delivery within 10 miles of job location but only with pre payment for fuel up front. Shoot me a text and lets make your house a cozy home you can say meets all your needs and adds value to your property .
