Art at OC Electronics is fantastic! He responded quickly when I requested a quote. He and his partner came out to the house and installed a brand new garbage disposal. They had to do a bunch of re-jiggering because the sink and electrical wasn't set up for a disposal. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I'm very pleased with their services and will definitely hire them again for future projects. Very polite and friendly too! They have a 90-day warranty on the work - so that's great!

OC was very courteous and professional during the entire process and was able to accommodate our same day service request. The technician explained what was wrong with the appliance, had the parts on hand to repair it, showed me the faulty parts and explained the longevity of the parts as seen through experience with several similar appliance service calls. The work was done quickly and everything was placed back into its original configuration. Overall, an outstanding job!
