Superior service and professionalism. The need to clean this house thoroughly in a timely manner was critical. A 18yr old "stage 4" cancer patient was going to move into a house in 3 days which needed immediate detailed cleaning. Mary's Home Care Services far exceeded the need and expectations of the family. Grateful beyond measure!!!!

****UPDATE**** Company did finally agreed to fix our counter top, but refused to pay the full of the necessary repairs. ***STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY*** After Maid Service a week and a half ago, the two employees cracked our double sink counter in our Master Bathroom!!!! Their Boss, KIEEL HERNANDEZ, told them to "not admit to it" and told them to leave. He told us to "PROVE IT". He/the company would not take calls or respond back to us. We are devastated!

"Updated 8-18-18 Marys have done all necessary to correct this issue as agreed with Jill And Alex but them have not honor what they agreed to change the language of this review as they agreed. Services were done properly, and the only discrepancy was the 2 1/2 inch countertop supposed cracked with water and a rag wich marys already resolved for them.. Hello, Jill, we understand your frustration and concern. We are committed to providing good services to all of our customers I have read your complaint and would be very happy to assist you in resolving this matter. Today is April 20, 2018, we have contacted the customer and met them in person. She showed us the problem which is a 2-inch countertop with a crack on the first sink side, top to bottom. The crew has provided us the before and after pictures. We told the customer that the sink had a crack before we started our services We offered 50/50 to repair the problem. No response from the customer yet."

Kieel the manager, was very professional and came out to my home to inspect the work needing to be done. We did a full walk through and discussed pricing prior to bringing his crew out. I called very last minute and needed a same day cleaning...ON A SATURDAY. Yes. Mary's Home care cleaned my house top to bottom and provided very quality results. We did a walk through after only to find that my home was now spotless.

Neil provided great customer service. My house was filthy from construction work with a lot of trash. They did an excellent job. Just make sure everything is complete before they leave....I had to call them back. I would hire them again!

These guys did an amazing job! The price was great but the attention to detail is what blew me away! They coordinated carpet cleaning for us as well as move-out full home cleaning. We were able to get our full refund back from our landlord. Thanks Mary's!

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I had an appointment for a one time cleaning for my new home purchase. When the two ladies arrived, they just went upstairs and started working. No introduction or walkthrough. Also we had a language barrier because they did not speak any English. Overall work is fine but they would cut corners and not clean certain things if not pointed out to them (ie. inside oven, inside fridge, inside dishwasher, inside cabinets/drawers)

We have been using Mary's Home Care Services for a few months now and they do a good job, sometimes we have between two to four ladies come and clean. I have them scheduled for every two weeks and we pay $85.00 I have a two bedroom two bath, most the time they do not go into the second bedroom (son sleeping), they sweep our back patio and clean our windows.

I was very happy with the service provided. The 3 ladies got right to work and did a very nice job. They were all hard workers and had a pleasant demeanor. I would definitely recommend this business.
