We removed an old wood stove from our 200yr old Clarence house and needed the chimney removed. Austin from Oâ Connor Contracting was so easy to work with for scheduling and once he came and found 3 layers of shingles, tin roof, subpar decking, and a missing joist, he and his team was still able to remove the chimney and redo the roofing in under 2days. Austin was amazing at communicating during the entire project: since I was at work most of the time, he sent many photos and updates so I was very comfortable with the obviously bigger-than-expected project. Kris was performing an estimate for our neighbor and when asked, came over to take a look at our roof that had been damaged in the Spring hailstorm. Within a few days he was back with the estimate for the roof which included shingles, gutters, leaf guards and more. We got ambitious and decided to go for residing the house and he included that in the estimate as well. The siding had to be ordered and Kris kept in contact throughout that waiting period and as soon as it was ready, his crew went to work. They were there promptly in the morning and worked throughout 3 days to complete the job. His crew was very polite when asking our opinions on certain things. When the work was done, the clean-up was wonderful. We were very fortunate to have Kris handle this job since once we had the insurance approval; we werenâ t sure where to look for a contractor. The house looks completely different and new and last nightâ s wind/rain storm was a great test of the workmanship! We recommend Oâ Connor Contracting for any home improvement needs and will certainly call Kris for any future projects we might have.

O'Connor Contracting was recommended to us by two neighbors after we had a roof leak. Kris O'Connor personally repaired the leak, and we then contracted with his company for a complete tear-off, trim, gutters, leaf guards, and a new roof on our shed. They have a large crew, all very professional and friendly, and they finished the entire job in just three days. Excellent price, top-quality work and materials, thorough clean-up! Also, the day after the project was completed and paid for, we noticed one small item that hadn't been finished. I texted Kris, and he sent two of his people the next day (Saturday) to take care of it. We're very happy with their work and highly recommend them to other homeowners. Definitely a five-star company.

O'Connor contracting did a superb job in roofing my garage and my back porch they were there promptly at 8am and we're finishing up at 5 pm. Kris O'Conner responded very quickly to our message. HE came over in person to inspect the leak problem. He found the culprit when no one else could. His people came by the next day to repair it. The service was as good as can be. Price was extremely reasonable. I will be telling everyone about this company.
