I was in a stressful situation with my condo association over the repair of a hole in my roof and rain was in the forecast. After asking for help on NextDoor, Terry reached out and encouraged me to contact him. I'm so glad I did. He responded quickly, came out the same day (IN the rain), and gave me an on‑the‑spot quote that felt very fair. He initially estimated the repair for the next day, but a few hours later he called to say Jamie could take care of it immediately (again, IN the rain, which was SO impressive). I ended up with same‑day service, which was incredibly fast and such a relief given the risk of water damage. The work was done efficiently, with before‑and‑after photos for my records and an easy‑to‑pay invoice sent shortly after. I'll definitely keep ODC Enterprises in mind for future needs and will happily recommend them to others. Thank you, Terry and Jamie, for the outstanding service!

Hired them to do two bathroom floor repair and lvp flooring...was suppose to take a week...took 2 weeks because Matt does not like to show up for work...finished (lol) the first bath ...glued rubber base board to my tile walls....did not cover anything left trash and saw dust in claw foot tube...had to have our cleaning people clean up after him.. very unprofessional....Terry the owner never follows up with what's happening on the job...be careful if you hire them ... .

I was not totally pleased with the end results. A section of my bricks was stained that I did not want stained, and water puddles in a section of the slab. The work looks sloppy.

They need to do a better job of telling you everything upfront.

Laid back and easy to work with. I had a flexible schedule so it worked well with their schedule. Got the work done in about 3 weeks. Only about a 1/2 day to install. Very happy with it

ODC has great customer service and they do great work. They were very efficient and clean. I will definitely hire them for future projects.

Mr. Neher was very honest and courteous, and did an emergency fix the way it was smartest to do. He also charged reasonable amount for the work. His offer is defenately considered for the new roof we are going to install in few months. He kept his word.
