Jon’s pricing was fair and transparent, and the quality of his craftsmanship was outstanding from start to finish. He was punctual, kept the project on schedule, and paid close attention to every detail. Communication was excellent—Jon promptly responded throughout the process and was always available to answer questions or discuss options. He helped me design and pick out materials and had knowledge about all that was essential to this renovation. He is trustworthy and an all around good person who I feel has become a friend in this process and I’ll always call him for future projects. I highly recommend Jon and his company, O’Donnell Construction and Remodeling to anyone looking for high-quality work and an stress-free remodeling experience.

i dont know how this company gets any business. i hired jon o'donnell from o'donnel construction and renovations in lorain, ohio to do a bathroom remodel for me and he took my check and cashed it and came back with his crew to do some demo on it. i came back at the end of the day to check the progress and seen that barely anything got done. so i contacted him and he ignored me and blocked my number and kept my $12,000 without completing the job that he was hired for. he has been reported to BBB and will be taking him to small claims court to sue. do not trust this company with your money!

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"
