Rob O'Donnell came in clutch for us when we found ourselves in a pinch doing a job out of our normal service area for a customer who had water damage to their home. It was after 4:00pm on a Friday afternoon and we needed to find someone to disconnect a gas stove so we could finish installation on Saturday. Needless to say, we were having trouble finding anyone who could help us out with such short notice. After leaving a message with O'Donnell's Plumbing we got a call shortly thereafter from Rob, who was willing to go out on Saturday morning to disconnect the gas line for us before another job he already had scheduled for the day. He also returned very promptly to get everything hooked back up. -- furthermore he was able to send an invoice by email and we were able to pay electronically! Very convenient and also eliminated the need to bother with mailing a check. -- Highly recommend O'Donnell's Plumbing!

Mr. O'Donnell did a great job. He was here on time, very professional, his price was what quoted to us on the phone and did a great job replacing our leaking water heater. We are going to have him come back and do some more work on the house. He even came out on a Sunday just to make sure we would still have water. I would recommend Mr. O'Donnell to any of my friends and co-workers. Harley my dog even found a new friend !!

He did everything he said he would do, and exactly as he said, in a timely manner. Very professional, personable, kind, and more than fair and reasonable!!! His work was of high quality. I'm so pleased he was available through Home Advisor, I may not have ever know there was such a caring plumber around. He is definitely in my file to recommend or use should another plumbing issue come in my family's future.
