I hired Jim to do partial siding and foundation skirt metal covering. He also did my kitchen floor. He is absolutely good at what he does. Kudo to Christian (one of his guys) Jim will work with you and goes above and beyond explain what needs to be done to make your house look more appealing.

I once provided siding installation to home owners, but do to some medical problems I found myself in need of a professional that would meet my high expectations. I hired Jim to install a skirt around my new shed to enclose it and to perform three minor repairs (replace two screen door vacuum bars that I furnished and 1 cabinet door screw). This contractor charged me for material that was not used. Rather than using wood he charged me $50 for, he used my wood without telling me. When we discovered, I called him as we'd already paid him in cash and asked he refund my $50 for the wood, he admitted he switched the material and agreed to refund the $50. He promised to come back with my refund on two different occasions. He failed to appear both times and failed to call with a reason. He has since stopped taking my calls or returning my messages. I feel I was defrauded and would not use this contractor again. I strongly urge no one use this contractor as he works on loosely worded hand written 'contracts' and in cash only.

"these people dian i sent my employe to there home and come to find out it was double square foot than they origionaly witch i took the hit and didnt chare no more on owr next conversation they said we coulduse the wood they had by the shed in the back and in return i said i will use my stain and seler and only charge for labor the let my emploey do the work and watched and also were trying to get him to do a abundence of work witch he politly said i got to talk to boss than they didnt want him to do it "fishy something for nothing well they paid him the agreed price 2 hrs after leaving the call me and said he used our wood "scrap piece"and the wanted 50 dollars witch i fully intended on i dont want unhappy customers i get a rude 2 nd call from these ladies with treat of giving me a bad review if they dont get their money so guss what i decided to not give them nothing and take the risk so whome ever reads this put yourself in my place"
