He was very upfront with pricing and truly let us decide what was best after going over recommendations and multiple pricing options. He works efficiently with lasting quality.

We cannot say enough amazing things about our experience working with Tim O'Dell, Bath Crafter! After he did a beautiful job on our bathroom remodel, we knew exactly who to call when it came time for our full first floor renovation. He absolutely exceeded our expectations. I call it our HGTV dream home! This was a complete gut and remodel, floor to ceiling and every detail turned out stunning. The craftsmanship is excellent: from the beautiful wainscoting and elegant crown molding to the brand new kitchen with huge island that is the heart of our home. The gorgeous custom opening dining area, new bathroom, functional mud room, and office are perfectly designed and finished with care. The grand entryway makes a statement every time we walk through the door. New flooring, windows and staircase transformation tie everything together seamlessly. Tim cared for our home as if it was his own! Throughout the process, communication was clear, timeliness were met. We highly recommend!

Tim Odell was contracted to do a full bathroom and storage area in our basement. Tim consulted with us on the project answering all our questions. We highly recommend O.E.I Remodel. Tim (and Tim) both provide excellent customer service and quality workmanship. Our bathroom remodel was a full, down to the studs project. It included a lot of detail and special design work. It was a tiny bathroom and each thing was down to the inch to make it all work. As with any remodeling project, problems arose (no fault of O.E.I) and they worked with us to find solutions. They always wanted to make sure they understood what we wanted, they offered options when we did not know what to do, and they made sure we were happy with the final product. I highly recommend them. They are kind, hard working, and trustworthy. I have since used them for additional projects and will continue in the future.

This was so much more than drywall install - disaster recovery (water damage), demolition of two huge double plaster ceilings, tore down walls, rerouted electrical and plumbing, relocated doorways, painted and cleaned up EVERY day. They were extremely punctual and best of all had fantastic communication all throughout the project. They did their best to complete the various projects on time and were very understanding when I wanted to "modify" a few things. (Thanks, HGTV) I would most definitely hire them again. Actually, I am, as I have one more project and wouldn't think of hiring anyone else!
