"I did not refuse to fix the stove damages. Was in the process of working on the issue when I was injured on the job and spent time in the VA hospital for an injury. Have not been able to work very much due to injury but have been trying to contact you to help resolve the issue going forward. You are amazing people and I do not want this to cause our relationship to sour. Willing to work with customers on fixing the issue as much as I can."

I used him because of good reviews, almost prefect. But his job was so bad, he didnâ t nail the fence good within a month, the fence lost attached to the post. I wish I could copy the pictures to see how bad his work. My husband and I texted and called many times and gave the pictures to him to see. At beginning he promised to come, but after 2 weeks he had another excuses without giving the new time. I wonder all those good reviews werenâ t real.

I spoke to Jeremy some months back to share with him the work I needed to have done in my new home. He came out to do an initial consult and advised me on the correct measurements I would need for my windows. He patiently waited for my order to come in. He showed up on time (even 10 minutes early) and went to work right away. He installed curtain rods for 5 rooms. He did an amazing job. Iâ m looking forward to him returning to also do some lighting work as well. I appreciate his cleanliness and friendliness. Will definitely use him in the future.
