OGD Overhead Garage Door, LLC

Ordered new doors & motors. 1st time they cancelled 20 minutes before they were supposed to come (by text!) & then cancelled a 2nd time a day before. OGD blamed the manufacturer both times. Tracks installed incorrectly, causing screeching noise when door closed, & had to be repositioned. Inside of doors had black marks. OGD unable to remove the marks & said that's just the way the doors are made. Inside of doors had soft material coming out of the door. OGD again said that's just the way the doors are made & said I should've instead ordered steel on BOTH side of the door, not just outside. I told OGD the salesperson never told me about the drawbacks of the doors I ordered & they told me that's not their problem. Once they received payment OGD did not return calls. Also stated what one rep said would be honored, and is no longer there, would not be honored.

trying to figure out credit card surcharge of $14.63 when we did not use a credit card paid in full for service performed by check.

They were speedy is replying to my request for service. I was able to get on their schedule very quickly. When the technician arrived, he was very much a salesman trying to upsell me. I was overcharged and had to contact them three times to get the refund. The work they did was fine but I would not use them again.
