OGD® Overhead Garage Door

Serviceman was on time , and answered all my questions. Very perfectional.

These guys did a great job. We bought a new garage door opener. Brandon was very professional and made sure we understood the process, what we were getting, how it worked and what to expect. Their communication for arrival time was spot on. Very impressed.

Technician Brandon arrived before our appointment. His inspection disclosed a cracked hinge piece, which was the source of the increased noise. He reviewed service options and costs. With the lubrication and time-up package, he discerned that the opener’s chain was too loose. This caused additional noise. In short, following this work, we now have a much quieter and smoother opener. We are glad to have had the work performed.

Technician arrived promptly and did garage door opener exchange efficiently and left everything in good working order. He was helpful in programming homelink in the cars as well.

I'm especially pleased with the attention to detail shown by the OGD Overhead Garage Door service person who took care of my garage door opening and closing issues. Well done and quality work.
