Could not get up our driveway on first attempt (too steep with 180 degree hairpin turn). Returned with smaller equipment and was able to get solids from tank. Did not charge for second trip even though it was an additional 200 + miles. Office contact was helpful and congenial. Driver was competent and easy to work with. I would recommend them to any one.
