These guys were great, quick and friendly. They had a fixed price for smart thermostat install, which was better than others who wanted to charge a trip fee plus an undetermined amount.

I was told by another company my flue pipe or roof boot needed replacing, because it was causing water to get into my motor. I didnt have a functional heat pump, and that I should just upgrade to a new furnace. Omar came and told me my 6 yr old furnance is in great shape, flue pipe still looks new, no issues with boot and proved my heat pump was working. My only problem was I needed some tape and screws to fix a connection of piping causing condensation to go into my motor. Grateful for his honesty and I will no longer be using precious company to service my unit.

Takes the time to evaluate the job and gives reasonable solutions. Did all work on time and professionally. Communicates before, during & after progress to completion. Diagnosed and fixed the broken with the furnace, and made sure he tested thoroughly before leaving. No new parts needed, in my case, so he only asked for the price of his labor.
