OHI exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Their design team was incredibly attentive, carefully listening to our vision and providing innovative solutions that surpassed our initial ideas. The construction crew was equally impressive, demonstrating professionalism, skill, and a genuine respect for our home. They were always punctual, meticulous about cleanliness, and a pleasure to work with. OHI's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their work. We wholeheartedly recommend them for any remodeling project and plan to use their services again in the future.

Initially, we were satisfied with the work done by Whitney, Scott, and Al during our renovation. However, our experience with OHI regarding subsequent issues has been consistently disappointing. Eg, despite acknowledging concerns about our walkwayâ which is crooked and visually disorientingâ they have continuously postponed resolving the issue until we stopped asking altogether. Furthermore, problems arose within months of installation of our new wood floor. The boards began to warp (cup) because the wood was not properly acclimatized before installation. OHI lied about how long the wood had been in our house prior to installation and instead wrongly accused us of using water to clean the floor. We provided written evidence of the timeline of wood delivery and installation, but they persisted in their lies. After engaging outside experts and exchanging numerous emails, they eventually returned to re-sand and re-stain the floor, but the job was sloppy, leaving stain splatters on baseboards and stainless steel appliances. Furthermore, we discovered numerous hairs laminated into the floor. Our concerns about these issues, along with their botched attempt at spot sanding and staining, which resulted in a large discolored area, have been ignored, again in the hope that we would give up seeking a resolution. OHI ghosted us.

I loved working with OHI Design. My kitchen turned out so pretty and was 3 weeks under estimated time and also on budget! Couldn’t recommend them more.

Whitney, Scott and their work teams were exceptional. Whitney guided me in the design process and Scott was the answer-guy to pre-installation planning. The work teams were punctual, considerate, professional, pleasant and clean up after every day. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and are already making plans for using Ohi on future remodeling jobs!

What a difference! New kitchen looks AWESOME. Let's be honest, the Internet is packed with kitchen remodeling nightmares. And researching local vendors was giving us concern, until we met with Whitney and Scott from OHI Design. Up front and honest. Scott kept the structure sound, giving me quality feedback surrounding my ideas and Whitney provided solid design and creative solutions. Great ideas and great collaboration. On project start to conclusion, the installer was on-site on-time every time! Whitney stayed connected with us talking through minor changes, etc. Great communication with PM Herb. Definitely hire again.

My wife and I just had our circa 1978 townhome kitchen remodeled and updated to 2020 from OHI Design in Manassas Park, VA and we could not love it more! From the first day we walked in their showroom, to the finished product, it has been a complete pleasure working with Scott and Whitney. They were very easy to talk to, work with, and are extremely knowledgeable about their products and the whole remodeling process, which made the whole experience a dream and all we had to do was pick the finishes and they did the rest! They were especially responsive during the whole process via email and phone calls. Plus, their crew was top-notch, very courteous, and professional also. We highly recommend them if you are interested in remodeling, or just some flooring, paint, or home construction needs. They do it ALL! Could not have asked for better people to work with. My wife and I are SUPER HAPPY with the end result.

A long awaited kitchen remodel in the midst of a pandemic. What could go wrong? Nothing! We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We met Whitney from OHI at the Dulles Expo Home Show last winter. Along with about 9 other contractors and design companies, we interviewed them and had them come out to give us an estimate. Whitney and Scott listened closely to what we hoped to accomplish and came back with a wonderful design which didn't involve tearing down a wall, nor taking space out of our garage in which to give me a much needed craft room in addition to the new kitchen. Taking our seldom used formal dining room, they have made it over into a unique craft area/home office/"overflow" dining area. When restrictions lifted in May, the OHI crew was able to start work in a very safe, socially distanced manner. I can't say enough about the wonderful work crew who became part of our family for 7 weeks (they totally met all deadlines). This was definitely not the kitchen nightmare so many warned us about. We are so pleased, OHI will be our go to design company for all our future remodeling plans.

OHI renovated our old kitchen to a beautiful living space. We wanted a lighter, brighter kitchen. They removed a wall and put in new LED lighting. They did plumbing, electrical, painting, cabinets, flooring, countertops and backsplash. They built a lovely china closet as a built in accent. We love our new kitchen and it makes the whole downstairs seems lighter and brighter. Because of the corona virus, we only had one worker here at a time. The gentleman who did the majority of the work was meticulous, pleasant and a very hard worker. He was very aware of social distancing. We were able to "stay home" the whole time, and able to use the other rooms. Can't say enough good things.....we would give this company an A++!!

OHI completed a full kitchen remodel in our home. They were responsive to our needs and easy to communicate with. Our project was completed within the estimated time at a lower cost than other estimates we had received. OHI demonstrated excellent attention to detail. We are very happy with our new kitchen and highly recommend OHI.

We interviewed a few different companies before deciding to go with OHI Design for our master bath remodel. They took out the outdated built in tub and replaced it with a free standing. We also got a larger shower and a new vanity and floor. We could not be happier with how the project turned out. Our designers were a husband and wife team Whitney and Scott and they helped us the entire process to decide exactly what materials we wanted. The installer team was top notch and were also easy to work with and clean. We love our new bathroom and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great communication and work. We are excited to get our other bathrooms done in the future.
