Shawn was given multiple projects inside and outside my home. One project, which I thought needed replacing of springs on pull down attic steps, was merely just clearing an item that was blocking the steps from retracting completely into the attic. He was honest and just moved that item. He also need to use creativity with one of the outside project. I left it up to him and he did a beautiful job in solving the problem. He fixed my stucco around basement windows and told me it had cracked because no mesh had been put as a base when the project was originally done by someone else. He is personable, reliable, honest and reasonable

He is very thorough, courteous, and overall, very professional. His fee is also very reasonable.
