    Our experience with O'Hanlon Kitchens, from design to final inspection on our kitchen reno, was highly professional and pleasant. Their quality workmanship and attention to detail are extraordinary. Tracy, our designer, is very creative, receptive to all kinds of ideas, and so easy to work with. Once the design was locked in, the rest of the well-organized team, Melanie (Project Coordinator), Michelle (Customer Support), Dustin and Rob (Installers) completed the project to perfection and on time. Dustin and Rob were particularly good about keeping the area dust free and clean during the demolition and reconstruction. Thanks to the professionals at O'Hanlon, the final result is our dream kitchen. It was a pleasure to work with O'Hanlon Kitchens, and we recommend them highly.

    We chose O’Hanlon Kitchens because of the work they had done in other homes in our neighborhood. After meeting with their designer/salesperson she provided us with autoCAD previews of possibilities for our new kitchen. During the next few weeks we were able to make modifications until we decided on a final plan. This person was very helpful without being pushy. She accommodated our every adjustment. Once the timetable was set their construction team (a father and son) began work on the scheduled date and did not stop until our kitchen was finished (on the end date, no less). This team would not be satisfied with anything less than perfection. Everyone we worked with was extremely customer-centered. The finished product has immediately become the favorite room in our home and everyone who views it raves about its features and fine craftsmanship.

    O’Hanlon Kitchen Review Background: our townhouse had the original builder-grade kitchen from 1993. The layout was not efficient, the cabinets were cheap and poorly arranged, and the island blocked the traffic flow. The Search: we started looking for design help and a contractor to do the work about a year in advance. We had some ideas but wanted the assistance of a pro. We talked to about 5 contractors, got some good ideas from a couple, and narrowed it down to 2 choices. O’Hanlon won out because: • Tracy, our designer, stayed in touch with us for about 9 months as we talked to other contractors. She had done a good design early on that reflected her ideas and our ideas. She would reach out periodically, ask if we had any new ideas, and update the design. I can’t stress enough how she would listen – there was no one size fits all approach with her and she was quite creative. For example, we wanted a bookcase and she was quite helpful in suggesting the location and design. It turned out to be a major design feature. Plus, she always had a positive response to new ideas. • Michelle, our project manager, was responsive and available. When we first met with her, she answered our questions (a LOT of questions!) fully with no mumbo-jumbo. One of our concerns was how a problem would be handled if it couldn’t be solved to our satisfaction with the installer. I felt that she and Brandon O’Hanlon, the owner, would be readily available if something came up. • Rob, our installer, was just great! He is very skilled and made a number of on-site decisions that always supported a quality installation. He doesn’t do short cuts, he does it right. Just one example of his great work: the floor we picked was LVT and we wanted a very random pattern. We mentioned this to Rob and the installation he did was superior. He listened to our input on things like the light fixture, switches, etc. and followed through. He is the kind of person we welcomed into our home. He was also very accommodating to our dog and cat as they ‘supervised’ his work. • We got the feeling from everyone we talked to at O’Hanlon that our job was important, not just another kitchen job. It sure was important to us. • O’Hanlon’s cost was right in the ballpark. They were not the cheapest, certainly not the most expensive. They worked with us, even lowering the price so we could get our own painters. There were no surprises, the final bill was what the estimate was. • The work was completed exactly on schedule. Michelle gave us the timeline in the beginning and they followed it. You hear horror stories about kitchen jobs that drag on and on, but that’s not the case with O’Hanlon. O’Hanlon installed our new kitchen on time and on budget. And they did a great job! Lessons Learned: What would we do differently if we had it to do over?     O'hanlon Kitchens provides everything you need or want in a kitchen remodel! The craftsmanship and overall work is spot on, but beyond that, their the most organized and well planned contractor we've encountered. At the beginning of our job, the entire project was laid out step by step, and then as we changed our mind and revisited some of our initial plans, O'hanlon was extremely flexible. There wasn't one suggestion or idea we had that they didn't get fully behind and help us find a way to make it happen. Even better yet, their communication was on point. Some contractors may reply to an e-mail or request within 72 hours or even a week, but Tracy always communicated by the end of the day. Furthermore, Robert, the associate that built our kitchen, was friendly, trustworthy, and just the kind of person you don't mind spending 2-3 weeks in your house doing a job. Let's be honest, that's a concern for anybody thinking a project through! Overall, A+ across the board for O'hanlon. We wish O'hanlon did bathrooms!

    The O 'Hanlon team was the most customer- friendly of all the kitchen remodel teams with we had interactions. We had a slightly rocky start to the beginning of the project due to miscommunication, but everything was rectified immediately. They have integrity. The kitchen is beautiful and functional

    We highly recommend O'Hanlon Kitchens as they were very responsive to our needs for a remodeled kitchen. They listened to what we wanted in a new kitchen and helped us through the design phase and throughout the building phase. They never complained or charged us extra for minor changes and corrections during the process and always responded quickly when we had questions or concerns.

    We are extremely satisfied with our complete kitchen and dining room remodel by O'Hanlon Kitchens. Every step of the process was handled very professionally and skillfully. They were receptive to all of our requests and very creative with their suggestions and design. Walls were taken down, all cabinetry and countertops were removed and replaced, new appliances were installed, lighting and plumbing was re-done, and new flooring and windows were installed. The result is outstanding! It was a pleasure to work with everyone at O'Hanlon.

    We first encountered O'Hanlon Kitchens at the spring MD Home and Garden Show. We were immediately impressed with the representatives setting up an appointment for an in house quote. Tracy, their designer, is a visionary. She quickly assessed our needs and listened to what we desired. Then she made magic. She took our ideas and expounded them, moving items, adding items, all the while asking for our input. The fact that the samples were shown in our house rather than at a showroom enabled us to truly envision what the final outcome may be. Tracy continued to communicate ideas and suggestions leading to a wonderful end result. The utensil pull-out was new on the market and when she showed us that piece it was immediately a "wow" addition. The overall estimate was less than other companies and we were having more work done! Dave, our contractor, and Bruce, the project manager, were also very attentive during the entire process. We were given an estimate of time and it was exact! The craftsmanship, the personal touch, and the belief in the customer's satisfaction make O'Hanlon Kitchens a stand out in the industry. We have already recommended them to our friends and will continue to sing their praises!
