They didnt try to sell the company, they showed me previous work that was done and I could tell they were passionate. The same guy that completed the quote was the same one who installed. Had to hire separate contractor to repair wood damage. They ended up contacting someone. I ended up tweaking work after talking to 2 other contractors. We talked over phone and agreed on changes and rcd revised cost. However the revised bid was not detailed enough. So when work was being done, he disagreed with what we had talked on phone. My bad for accepting conversation agreement and not seeing same in revised bid. They did great work and worked project to minimize cost of project.
