Victor/Ziggy was on time with crew. Got my small two car garage asphalt roof replaced in 4 hours with four worker bees. Also they put down tarps, cleaned up all the scrap and nails with magnet. Thank you!

Professional, courteous, patient, helpful, and friendly from start to finish!! Ziggy and Victor are by far the best roofers I've dealt with in years. From the beginning from my first phone call to them, they have been extremely patient, professional, and friendly. They came out to my house to measure the roof and gave me a quote within 48 hours. After I decided to go with them, they came out again immediately and gave me samples of shingles to choose from and never rushed me into making a choice. They started the job early and finished my entire roof within 3 full days, never left any mess, cleaned up the entire driveway and dumpster immediately. My roof looks great with lifetime warranty on parts and labor!! I will absolutely recommend KM Construction to anyone, five stars all the way!!!

Very professional company. The job itself was finished sooner than anticipated and the work was VERY high quality. Pricing was better than everyone else and there was no surprises. Excellent communication, job started early, and was completed ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend KM Construction of Illinois. We always try to deal with local businesses. We started out with 8 bids and chose this company. While other companies start with owners being on the job sight then leave only to return when the job is complete,Victor was there to overlook any forgoing problems. There were no problems and cleanup was immaculate. If ever we need any other services KM Construction will be the first we will call.
