We were working from home, but didn't have coffee. Not only did he do a phenomenal job cleaning our carpet, but then he left out to get us coffee, returned it to us, and fulfilled the job. He's passionate about his work and his customers, and it shows.

This company had great write ups and I read them. Most all said that Mike was really good and he was. I had some serious spots and he got them out. He also explained about an area that he felt that he could not help - and he couldn't - but I knew that beforehand. He is very personable and knows his stuff I felt. The issue that I had with this company was that we made two dates and he could not post because of other jobs that were bigger / or he forgot that he had them to do / or other such situations. In fairness to them, I was in no rush in the beginning to have the carpets done so I did not push but it was a bit upsetting that I found out about the "no show" late and my day was shot. Mike did the job on Sunday because he could not get to me before then - that was OK cause he showed and got the job done. I was not present on the job when it was done. When I did go back and check it out I found some stuff on the "cleaned carpet" that I would have thought a professional carpet cleaning machine would have picked up, such as: small pieces of paper, paper nickel, some small plastic pieces & pieces of leaves. Mike told me that the machine is not designed to vacuum such material up just real fine matter and not the stuff I found on the carpet. That sounded a bit strange considering the size of the nozzle and hose. The machine looked to be basically a steam cleaning machine and a rented steam cleaning machine would vacuum that stuff up so Mike's equipment must have a really fine filter in the nozzle. At any rate, I felt that Mike did a good overall job and I would use him again but I'd probably stand by so that when any issues came up we could take care of them right away. Also when I told Mike of the issue he immediately told me that he would come back - and that was great PR & offer but my new tenants are ready to move in so I just vacuumed the carpet and moved on.

OMA Professional cleaning technicians is a great provider for carpet cleaning. Mike was able to come out and clean my carpets on very short notice, prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. He provided prompt, professional service and exhibited expertise in carpet service. I would definitely recommend and utilize them for future carpet care needs.

Not only is the service great but the Mike went over everything that he would do. Not being the expert in this industry, it was great that he was thorough and broke down the service line by line and also wrote (in detail) on my customer receipt and copy what services he performed. He educated me on carpet cleaning and did so very professionally and courteously. Will use again! 5 stars for sure.

I called OMA Professional Cleaning Technicians on a short notice and they were able to come out the next day . I had a friend come over and she had spilled red wine on the floor . They were able to remove the stain which was a miracle . I highly recommend this company
