One Cervantes Construction, LLC

I can't say enough about One Cervantes Construction. They replaced our deck and built a screened room outside as well. The quality of work far exceeded our expectations. Juan Cervantes was very knowledgeable polite and professional as was his entire crew. We had a very good experience and I would highly recommend them. We have a beautiful screened porch and deck to enjoy with friends and family for year to come. Thank all so much. Sincerely Veronica and Larry Montoya

We hired Juan to rebuild a wooden staircase on a hillside below our house. Juan removed the old staircase and readily designed and installed a new staircase similar to the original. When we pointed out a few construction flaws, Juan listened and fixed the areas of concern to our satisfaction. Juan is a journeyman in construction and we would not hesitate to recommend him for your construction needs. He is very professional, congenial, and hard working. Since we were unable to get anyone else out to give us an estimate, we cannot really judge the value for money, but we don't think his services were overpriced.

I hired Juan to take down a few trees and clean up the landscaping at one of our Roseburg rentals. He exceeded all expectations and I was happy with the results! I would highly recommend One Cervantes Construction!

Good people

Excellent experience. Juan was excellent to work with. His pricing was reasonable, his work is superior to other contractors we have used, he went above and beyond in assisting us with our deck project. We now have a beautiful covered deck and patio which we will enjoy showing off this summer.

Very good experience. Juan was great to work with, showed up when he said he would and did the job above expectations.

Juan cut down and removed 7 trees for us and did it expeditiously and efficiently! I would definitely recommend him to everyone: in fact I have other projects that he and I have already discussed.

Juan straitened and added two posts to my wood fence and added some small red rock in the back yard . Very reliable and professional . I would highly recommend him.

Did a great job...good work...efficient.

Great job

I called Juan Cervantes to give me a bid on a full remodel. He showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, did his research on the full scope of work and came up with prices for all materials. What I liked most about Juan and his company is they conduct their business very professionally. If you need a licensed contractor to get the job done efficiently and at a fair price, this is your guy!
