We recently completed both a deck and a sunroom project with CL General Contractor, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The project we hired the company to perform still isn't done. They were to replace a small wood retaining wall with stone blocks, remove 2 slabs of a concrete walkway, level the area & install pavers on top of a front stoop, one step & the aforementioned walkway after pouring & leveling the slabs. It has been amost two weeks & the garbage is still here & the pavers aren't installed as yet.

"Mr. Myers, I'm sorry you feel this way about our company but you were informed that the pavers will be a special order and it will take some time to get them, the stone center where we ordered it from have a record of our calls every day asking for the delivery status but they said we had to wait. I left you a voice message this morning informing that the store said the pavers should be in sometime today so we can resume work tomorrow. We asked you if we can start with the wall while waiting for the pavers and you accepted otherwhise we could jus wait for the pavers to start the job."

We had a flagstone patio installation with stairs, fireplace, fireboxes and sitting wall installed. We are absolutely thrilled with the result-it turned out even better than we expected. We had numerous contractors out to give us bids on the project. Victor from Majesty gave us a VERY quick, no-nonsense bid. Based on conversations with friends, we were concerned about the "upcharges" we'd end up paying through the process. So many friends told us you end up paying for overages for stairs, railings, extensions, "unknowns". The ONLY additional charges we paid were for OUR changes - not Majesty Homes. They were VERY flexible on subtle design changes and the extras we paid for were all explained and were all because of OUR changes. We ended up extending the patio by 2 feet and we upgraded our stone. The ONLY issue we had with Majesty Homes was that they took about twice as long as we were told. While this was frustrating, we are extremely happy that we went with them. The quality of the work is outstanding and was well worth the wait. We plan to use them again in two months to work on our front walkway.

We called them out to snake our main sewer line; while there was nothing wrong with the experience or capability of the technician, there was nothing stellar about it either. Professional work, but for the price, which was supposed to also include a DVD of the pipe interior (which never came), there are better options.

I'm a licensed architect and hired Majesty Homes to build a paver patio and stone wall for my backyard based on the construction documents I developed. They built to the exact specification per my documents and with the time frame they promised. Rita and her team were very professional, and they cleaned up the premise neatly after completed the work. I highly recommend them!!!

This company said they could do a very simple wood stove repair/maintenance and did not, possibly could not, complete the job. Horrible communications with this company as I tried on more that 6 times to find out why they did not complete the repairs agreed upon to, then finally the technician said he would come out on Friday.. and of course he did not show... PLEASE stay away if you have need for anything other than possibly a cleaning, and not sure even about that.

"We tried to communicate with this customer by phone but he didn't answer and by email but didn't reply back, next thing he was very dissapointed. We did what we considered was needed on the Woodstove and cleaned as well. After that he provided some details of what he wants to be done but he didn't mention that when we did the job. The Woodstove is usable and he may only pay for the cleaning. I'm sorry one customer feel this way, at majesty Homes we want to provide good service so our customers call us back again but we also understand we will not please everybody."

I hired this company to clean my Chimney & install a new damper. I scheduled them a week in advanced. The day before I got a call saying the employee wanted the day off they were suppose to do the work & they would reschedule a week later. On the day scheduled I took off work they asked if they could come the next day after arguing they showed up 4 hours late. Halfway through they stopped work because a missing part & left for home depot to pick up. Also found out that the damper they installed which costs $125 they charge me $300 for the damper and to install. Seems pricey for $175 in labor.

"I'm proud to say that Majesty Homes is a company with quality work and fair prices in the area. $299.00 for a new installed 13x13 damper and $89.00 for a chimney cleaning & inspection is a fair price, any chimney company will charge more than that unless they install a used damper."

They are so great they did an amazing job everything was wonderful. They were so incredibly helpful and had no problem explaining some things that I didn't understand. They showed up on time and got their job finished very efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anybody. We will be calling them again next year!! :)

The quality of work was great. Everything was explained in detail. The inspector found one issue involving a crack in the chimney cap. I was made aware of this by a previous inspector, so I was glad he found the same issue. The price to fix the cap was about 25% cheaper than the estimate I received from the first inspector (over a year ago). One negative, the inspector arrived an hour after the 2 hour window. I had to call and ask where he was. Overall, the service was well performed at a very competitive rate (best one I received). I will definitely use them again.
