We hired OnPoint Construction to upgrade our rental property. They responded promptly when called for an estimate. They discussed with us the pros and cons of every decision about products and materials. The estimate was free, and included a detailed description of everything that was included and it called out items that were excluded. Their estimate was not the cheapest, but we picked them to do the job because we recognized the value of having someone that would get the job done right faster. There were delays getting materials that could have affected the completion date but we were saved by the owners working long hours to keep the project on schedule. I am very happy with the work they did, the completion time, and the end result. I have recommended them to friends who are equally happy. I will call them anytime we need remodeling, and I give them my highest recommendation.

Colt and Josef were amazing to work with! They provided clear and concise quotes and were excellent communicators. They provided us a time frame of when the project would be done and weâ re able to accomplish it. There were times when things didnâ t go as smoothly as they had hoped, but they worked longer hours to make up for it. As far as the quality of the work, it was outstanding! We were very pleased on how our bedrooms turned out. We have hired them to do a complete remodel on our office, kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room. We are looking forward to seeing the transformation from older modular to modern home!
