Great customer service, no high-pressure sales tactics, good value, and wonderful attention to detail. I can't say enough good things about the experience. I would definitely use them again. After reading reviews & meeting with Eddie Sr. & Jr., we hired O'Neill for our Florida to Georgia move. Choosing to have them do the packing was probably the best money we ever spent. We were a little sceptical of all the 5 star reviews, but they are all well deserved. What a refreshing experience to work with such a professional group. When it came time to load my husband's Harley trike on the truck, Eddie Jr. thought outside the box to load it safely. They even came in well under the estimate we were given. We would definitely use them again & have already given contact information to friends who will be moving.

They were candid , kind and just what we needed to allay our fears at having to move to another state after over 40 years in Tampa Florida

Moving can be very stressful and O neils made it as stress free as possible.Only negative I can say is that the Florida crew was way better than the Texas crew!!Some of my stuff is not put together correctly or at all! The Florida clue was a pleasure to work with!

Wonderful company! On time, courteous, helpful in every way. They even came up with a solution when my box spring would not fit up the stairs. I would recommend them to anyone needing great movers.

The only reason for 4.5 stars is because for customer service, sometimes they are hard to reach but hang in there they will get back to you and very good at what they do and try their very best to work with timing. The value for money, I have nothing to compare cost vs service. Overall a good company, family company, respectful and just very happy with their service. I would use this company again, for sure

Great at coordination and communications. Took great care in moving my things. They moved efficiently but not so fast that it caused any damage. Everything arrived in great condition. Super nice and they really wanted to make sure the move went well for me. Would absolutely hire them again!

Since my husband and I have not moved in over 30 years we were very worried about choosing a moving company especially since we were moving out of state. The O’Neill family could not have been more accomdating and reassuring. They were easy to work with and also took us through this difficult process with ease. Moving is not easy to do but the O,Neil’s helped make it as painless as possible. They were upfront with their pricing and we had no surprises at the end. Very honest people! I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs a mover.

I have moved several times and this was the best moving experience that I've ever had. Eddie Sr. did a thorough walkthrough of the house and provided a detailed inventory and very reasonable price for the move. On moving day, Eddie Jr. and the crew started by protecting the doors and flooring. They then proceeded to securely wrap every piece of furniture that left the house. I could not even recognize some of the furniture after it was wrapped due to the number of moving pads that they used. Some of the furniture had to be disassembled and the parts were carefully labeled and placed in a separate parts box. Throughout the move, the team was courteous, professional, and handled all furniture with care. When the truck was unloaded in Mississippi, Eddie Sr. and the crew worked with my family to place items that I might need near the storage unit doors. At my request, they also rewrapped and stored the furniture in older moving pads to make the local move easier once my home purchase is completed. Overall, I am very glad that I chose O'Neill and I will definitely call them for my next move.
