Both Paul and his wife were pleasant to deal with over the phone. They contacted me within a few hours. When I got back to them to set up an appointment for inspection and service on my HVAC unit Paul came the next day. Paul advised the unit was running perfectly, helped me change the filters. Because it was too early to do the spring service he put me on the service schedule as soon as it was time. Very professional and honest!!
