They have put in two items to try and repair it a water pump and a new ice maker but it still is not producing ice. They are coming back next week for one more try. Unfortunately, the cost is going up to where I should have just bought a new fridge. One more try and I am finished with this. They are nice people and I think trying to fix it, but, no success so far. - Joey J.

The tech left water in my dishwasher after telling me I needed a new pump. Now I need to figure out how to get the water out. Still have not received an estimate on cost of new pump.

One Piece didn't actually perform the repair, but they were exceptionally responsive to my inquiry. I ended up having to go with a tech provided by my a Home Warranty company, but any organization as eager as One Piece to gain my business is A-OK with me

Not the most professional looking bunch but fixed my dryer, dries better than when it was new. Price is a little high. 145 for diagnostic then another 125 to install plusâ s the price of parts.
