Bathroom Remodel
Regretfully I cannot recommend someone when they snowflake out of a job because they think they are worth more than are - he raised my repair for 1 extra sheet of sheet rock would be $800 extra because of transportation and added Logistics expenses like paint ????? Huh ? So he has cost me lost opportunity costs as well as My Time….he starts at $85 hr then creeps way way way up on bidded jobs. He is cheaper by the hour for small jobs and I think he is in over his head trying to be a general contractor. His work by the hour is quality but High for handyman.
