A long overdue review to Ortega Plumbing. The crew was punctual, professional, and most of all, the work speaks for itself. I found water coming in my crawl space. Ortega Plumbing provided the best bid out of three other contractors. They didn't try to talk me into buying services I didn't need. As a single woman, contractors have tried to take advantage. Not Ortega Plumbing. Then the torrential rains came, and I needed a minor change in one of the sump pump drains. I called Ortega, and they responded promptly and fixed the minor issue (which was my fault, not theirs). If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Pedro handled a complicated water main repair/replacement. He and his team were very competent, calm, and professional. Pedro’s upbeat attitude, common sense and persistence were a perfect fit for our project. He gave a good price and kept at it until the job was done. I highly recommend Ortega Plumbing & Rooter!

Loved the service and how professional he was.

Pedro was great. I had a water heater leak at my mothers home. Pedro came out on time and informed us what caused the leak. The hot side supply line had failed which caused the leak. He gave us the option to replace both hot and cold supply lines. He informed us that the water heater was 11 years old and might fail in the future but wasnt too pushy about it. We would definitely use Pedro again!
