OS Garage Door's service was prompt and the work done was professional but they were dishonest on pricing. They charged extra for parts over the quote, claiming the price increase was only materials, except that the parts (three hinges) cost only maybe $15 total and they charged $225. I knew they were being dishonest but I let it slide because my baby was born a few days ago and I did not have the willpower to push back. The dishonesty does impact my impression of their business even if their work was otherwise acceptable.

OS Garage Door Solutions did another amazing job. My husband accidentally damaged our garage door frame late in the evening, and Ben came to our rescue and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. He was incredibly professional, helpful, and efficient, fixing the problem on the spot and saving the day. I highly recommend Ben. I reached out to OS Garage Door a couple of weeks ago (on the recommendation of a neighbor) to see if someone could come to my house and identify why one of my door openers was no longer working. I was amazed that not even 30 minutes after my call--someone arrived! The technician was Ben (who is the owner) who patiently showed me that my 25 year-old opener had finally died and needed to be replaced. Then I was surprised when he told me he happened to have on his truck a brand new opener he could install on the spot! I recognized the quality of the brand of opener and once we agreed on a price for everything required, I told him to proceed. Well, my problem is now solved without the "usual" delays. Furthermore, Ben is nothing short of professional and diligent at his craft. I would not hesitate to recommend he and his company to anyone requiring garage door servicing or installation. Here is what went right with the job: 1) I got a response within minutes for the garage door tubular spring that was wailing like a screaming baby. 2) They showed up the next day, when they said they would, and called 20 minutes ahead of time to confirm. 3) I got an on-the-spot analysis and estimate 4) They did not charge a penny over the estimate, even though the job ended up to be much more difficult than it should have (they had to convert from tubular springs to external spring) 5) Ben from OS Garage Door is not so much a garage door pro as he is a true craftsman, who happens to be proficient in garage doors. He knows exactly what he is doing! 6) I was made aware of what had gone wrong, and the remedy. 7) I was offered options, but no attempt to upsell or sell me on anything additional. 8) I got a warranty on the work at no additional charge. 9) Ben was a gentleman; courteous and friendly (and wore a mask) Here is what went wrong with the job: 1) Nothing

Ben arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He said that he would have to disassemble part of the door to confirm the problem, but he gave me a fixed reasonable cost to repair . He repaired the door in about an 2 hours, lubricated all moving parts and encouraged me to call if i had any further problems. He is polite, efficient and really knows his business.

Ben was awesome! He is a trustworthy guy, and did a great, professional job replacing our garage door opener. He offered to come out once every few months regrease the door mechanisms if I call him. I actually sent him away after I got a quote, and ended up calling him back and going with him. Glad I did. He was there very fast both times he came, too. Highly recommend.

I had guy from Precision garage door co came but try to rip me off so I gave him estimate fee for 39.95 dollars and let him go , Compare to this guy ,Ben from OS door was superb. Cost of changing two spring was 300 dollars but the other guy try to charge me 488.00 dollars for one spring . Just amazing . Hopefully no nobody get robbed . How can you run business and study in business . They run tv ad lots . No honesty and no integrity, Too many people are like that but Ben made me feel good again .
