He under bid the job and it ended up costing double what he quoted. Craftsmanship was so bad I told him to leave it alone and I'll finish.

Called me almost immediately and came out to discuss the project that same afternoon. Was 2 days late starting due to illness. The work was not completed as I requested because some of the materials were not locally available but he adjusted the bill accordingly.
