Drew and his crew do incredible work. Not only are they extremely talented but they were efficient and done in 2 days. We are super happy with the work they did and cannot say enough great things! Highly recommend O'Shaughnessy Construction!!

Hired Drew to handle general contracting as well as carpentry for a commercial project. Project included gutting and remodeling of multiple rooms including two bathrooms and a kitchen. Drew was very easy to work with. He kept the project moving and did his best to satisfy our requirements. His attention to details was welcomed and appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend or use Drew again for other projects.

In late Fall of 2021, my wife and I hired Drew (O Shaughnessy Construction) and his team to perform a complete remodel of my half bathroom on my first floor. After meeting with multiple contractors, my wife and I hired O Shaughnessy Construction. We had a pretty good feeling based on a few meetings with Drew, the job would get done as expected and on time. Over a 2-3 week period, Drew and his team removed the old sink and installed a new sink which included new Quartz countertops, replaced the ceiling and installed a new fan, removed the old flooring and installed a new tile floor, replaced the baseboards and painted the ceilings and walls. Overall our expectations were exceeded. We had no issues with the work that was done. My wife and I were very pleased with all of the work Drew and his team had done. I would definitely recommend O Shaughnessy Construction if you were in the need for any remodeling. I know you will be pleased with the work that will be done.

Drew and Evan are great to work with! They always show up at the job when they said they would. Very respectful. Cleaned up at end of each day. Offered great suggestions. I would definitely use their services again in the future. We actually did use them shortly after our bathroom remodel to replace all the windows in our house. Did a great job with that too!! Super professional!!!

Drew was absolutely fantastic throughout our entire build process. We had challenges with a prior company that did not work out and Drew stepped in and was willing to help us and get the job done quickly and efficiently. I canâ t recommend him more. He not only completes great work, but he is a great person as well!

Drew was super responsive in the quoting and scheduling phase. Once the work was started, he and his team made quick progress. We had a them move te stairs on our deck and replace the composite railings with cable railings. Ultimately the deck looks amazing and like it was always that way. Additionally his team built a hit and miss privacy fence from Douglas Fir and it is beautiful! Drew is a quality carpenter!

We had a very disappointing experience with Drew O Shaughnessy Construction, based on the following facts: 1. Timing â the bathroom remodel took well longer than expected. Mr. Oâ Shaughnessy explained that he took on nine different jobs at one time and that it was too much. We discussed that he was accepting jobs given the higher price in the market, but that he could not fulfill customer expectations. 2. Cost â the price of this remodel was high, but came by recommendation. Upon completion of the job, we paid Mr. O Shaughnessy immediately as requested. When re-reviewing the contract to ensure everything was aligned, we had certain questions, but Mr. O Shaughnessy was not willing to discuss further. After many follow-ups clearly showing that we double paid for materials at a considerable amount, only then did he refund that particular portion. 3. Quality the tiled shower floor has come undone in a large area around the drain twice since the initial installation. Mr. O Shaughnessy admitted he used the wrong tile adhesive, as well as not putting the proper support under the drain. The grout is now two different colors in the shower. In addition, the shower door seal has also had to be replaced twice by his sub-contractor. Given this was now the third time these items have been reinstalled, we asked for a signed warranty, but Mr. Oâ Shaughnessy would not agree to this and stand behind his work. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Drew O Shaughnessy Construction and have written correspondence supporting the facts above. Our only ask of Mr. O Shaughnessy (multiple times) was to sign a warranty, so that we would not have to write any negative reviews. This ultimately never happened, which as we explained, sends quite a strong message to his customers about his own confidence in his work product.
