I cannot recommend Mikhail enough. I’ve worked with him for two years on a wide range of projects, and he has consistently been reliable and skilled. His first major project was extending my lower deck, which he built beautifully and later stained (see photos). Since then, he’s completed numerous projects around my home, including installing a kitchen backsplash, removing popcorn ceilings, replacing a bathroom vanity, fixing electrical issues, replacing a patio door, repairing a leaky roof, and fixing my water heater. What truly sets Mikhail apart is his responsiveness and integrity. I’ve had to call him for emergencies, and he has always shown up the same day. One evening, after he had already worked a full day at my house, my water heater started leaking around 9:00 p.m. He immediately went to Lowe’s, returned, and had it fixed by 10:30 p.m. He is dependable and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I trust him completely and am grateful to have found someone so capable.
