Nathan is a crook, I called him for a return Job and he didn't know I already called another expert before he came back and was told I had to call Nathan since he programmed the thermostat earlier and they will charge me if they do anything. Nathan came back and lied it was something else just to take another service charge from me as he did the first time and lied to get $200 from me for programming and checking my system. I paid him the service charge of $109 which we didn't agree on earlier, in fact he said it will be free since it same Thermostat. Be careful with this guy as he is the most dishonest person I have met to fix my HVAC
