I would highly recommend Otter Plumbing to anyone looking to replace a tankless water heater. Shane R. was able to diagnose and provide very reasonable quotes based on just a few photos we sent. Otter Plumbing specially ordered and replaced our tankless within a week of our post. Very helpful and knowledgeable and patient to answer all our questions as well.
