The ceiling tiles at the chur were all "bent and falling" and the contractor came out, told me exactly what it was and how to fix it. And the ceiling tiles were 30" off the ground. The contractor build scaffolds, fixed the proble, put in new ceiling tiles and all in about 6 hours. The cost was very reasonable considering the 30' height that had to be overcome.
