Didn't complete job as promised or under per se proposal. Written proposal , calls for two (2) coat of painting. They did only one (1) coat of painting. Also, prep job prior to painting very poor,, did not remove mildew completely. When questioned why, they said they will paint over mildrew with oil base primer. Never did, they just paint over it.

Mr. Karl provided a very detailed proposal for exterior painting of my house and it wasn't the cheapest but it was the BEST offer and I got the most return for the money that I was investing in my house. Mr. Ray and his Team did an Outstanding Job painting the exterior of my house. I am very pleased with the work that they did. Very Professional!!!

It wasn't the lowest quote I received, but I felt confident that they would do an excellent job based on their proposal and list of references. They did not disappoint! They did a beautiful job, and Ellen in the office was great to work with, and kept me updated on all stages of the job.

Crew kept us informed about their schedule and kept on the job until it was completed. CertaPro's policy for full payment at the at the end of the job plus the diligence of the crew resulted expeditious completion and attention to customer concerns. Good job!

Karl gave me good proposal/estimate that was very well presented and detailed. The other contractor estimates/proposals I received were not as detailed and required many follow on questions. The paint team consisting of Roy and his son did a really good job. It was a lot of painting for a two story house but they worked well as team. Even though they were delayed by rain they still got the job done in a timely manner. Roy was quick to touch up any areas that I pointed out. They cleaned up the job site once everything was complete. House Looks Great! I was contemplating painting that house myself, glad I hired a contractor to do the job because I would have started the painting from a different starting area and it would have taken me at least 2 months working on weekends.

They performed as promised. Next time i'd get two or more bids but the job was small but it's done and looks great. They didn't hurt the adjacent planting at all. Good job crew!

The 2 painters that showed up were amateurs. Rough spots on walls were to be sanded before painting. They were not. Had bubbles 6 inches long on walls. Over paint on woodwork. poor cutting job around ceiling and door jams. Painted the frame on tile work in bathroom. Other areas were not painted at all.. I could go on but you get the picture.

I found CertaPro to be a very good company to deal with. Everyone was very professional which made the experience much more pleasant. The past few months I have had to deal with several companies who provided services. A suggestion to make services better would be to have the salesperson/contact go back to the job and double check to make sure the work was completed to the expectations of the customer. My feeling is that it would help the companies establish a good reputation as well as help there business in the future. Just a thought. Thanks.
